Unwind the Vines

Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and DPW do a great job but invasive vines are aggressive. The trees need our help. You will learn about various invasive vines, then help cut and remove them from our park trees. The vines will be used the following day to create spheres as a reminder of the need and what we can accomplish together. Volunteers will gather at the corner of Romanoff and Rockledge 15212 Wear long sleeves, pants, and closed toe shoes. Bring loppers if you have them. Thank you!  Any donations will go towards marketing. We need this to be ongoing community effort so that we can conquer the vines.
